Evelyn attended Mercy Hospital School of Nursing. She has been in healthcare for over 22 years, but has been in this environment her entire life. Her mother was a nurse, and she would love to go to work with her so that she could learn how to help people. While spending time in long-term care communities, she observed the significant impact a nurse can have on the lives of patients and their families, particularly during times of need. Talking to the patients and making them laugh is her favorite part of her job. Spending time with her family and friends, taking care of her plants, and trying to meditate is how she spends her spare time.
