Rhonda studied hospitality management at Florida International University, and obtained her dietetic technician registered status in 1993. Rhonda has served in many roles within the food and nutrition industry, but has found the most enjoyment in the long-term care setting. She has served as the Director of Food & Nutrition at Palmetto for over 12 years. With a life-long interest in nutrition and wellness, Rhonda also pursued and obtained her certification as an A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer!
